Warranty coverage
Heritage Tuner Company warrants the Heritage Signature™ Cam Tuner to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
If a defect in materials or workmanship is found under normal installation and intended use, Heritage Tuner Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component at no charge for parts or labor.
What is not covered
- Normal cosmetic wear or finish aging.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by improper adjustment or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Normal wear of components subject to routine use.
- Shipping damage occurring after delivery to the customer.
Warranty service
If you believe your Heritage Signature™ Cam Tuner has a warranty issue, please contact Heritage Tuner Company before returning any product. Proof of original purchase may be required.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Heritage Tuner Company. If the warranty claim is approved, Heritage Tuner Company will repair or replace the product and pay the cost of return shipping within the United States.
